The Associates of the Collaboration Institute are so confident of the quality of our services that we guarantee them. 

For training: For any individual who is dissatisfied with the professionalism or competence of our training and tells us so within a week, either personally or by signing the evaluation form, we will promptly refund 100% of his or her fee. Where training is paid by a group, the refund is proportional to the percentage of persons expressing their dissatisfaction.

For other services: If, within a week of the delivery of service, your group notifies us of dissatisfaction with the professionalism or competence of our services, we will immediately refund 50% of our fee.
