Also, at a recent international conference, he collaborated with a group to facilitate a morning gathering of four hundred participants and guided them to consensus on shared goals and priorities for the future. Currently Marc is doing ongoing work dedicated to assisting Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks develop visionary leaders and effective managers to provide stewardship of Montana’s scenic and wild resources for future generations. He is also the founder of the Synergy Institute that applies the last quarter century of consciousness research to workplace, community and global needs. This leading-edge research continues to explore the body-mind-spirit connection reported in mysticism literature for centuries and now being confirmed and validated by physicists with their work in quantum theory. This is leading to the convergence of religion & science and has many pragmatic implications for the workplace and the world. Marc’s approach is active and engaging; experiential and skill-building. He encourages, promotes and facilitates learning activities and dialogue between participants. Participants leave with tools, skills, confidence and focus for the future. For Marc, work as well as life is play! That’s not to discount or minimize our struggles and pain, but calls us to continually draw a larger perspective. Marc brings an upbeat attitude and spirit to whatever he’s doing. Tel: 406.449.7220 |
