Fun Stuff
Julie is also an avid fitness instructor (read "addict") and enjoys books, films, plays, hiking and camping, and just about anything outdoors. An aspiring world traveler, Julie has taught abroad an joined study tours through England, France, Italy and Mexico. In 2001, she island-hopped for two weeks on her “dream vacation” with her husband, Karl, in Greece. More recently, Julie and Karl whisked their children, Shelby (10) and Andrew (7) off to another “world”—Disney World-- for Christmas 2005. (Now she just has to convince them not to move to Florida!) Finally, no description of Julie’s family would be complete without mentioning Griz, the golden lab they recently adopted. He joins them on numerous hikes in the mountains surrounding their home just south of Helena.
